Check
- Bean balance is at least 100,000.
- Phone or Gmail is bound.
- Face Verification is complete.
- Metwallet is bound.
Fix
Complete the missing requirements and restart the app.
When to escalate
If the balance is above 100,000 and all requirements have been complete for more than 24 hours, contact support.
